RETURN POLICY
1. General Policy At Naksh, each piece is uniquely handcrafted, tailored, or made-to-order based on your specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or stylistic preferences once an order has been processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items We take immense pride in our craftsmanship; however, if an item arrives damaged during transit or has a significant manufacturing defect, we will rectify the situation.
- Notification Window: You must notify us via email at lavanyasirmaur 17980@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Evidence Required:Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a repair, a replacement of the same item, or a store credit at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellations Orders for custom or tailored pieces enter production shortly after placement. Standard Items: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Custom/Tailored Items: Once production or fabric cutting has commenced, cancellations cannot be honored.
4. Color & Handcrafted Variations Please note that many of our products use natural textiles and hand-embroidery. Minor variations in color, texture, and weave are characteristic of artisanal work and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but display settings on various devices may cause slight discrepancies.
5. Final Sale Items Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or using "Seconds" tags are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for any form of return or replacement.
